Our Story

Delcom was founded in 1985 by a group of metrology engineers from 3M Corporation. Initially providing instrumentation for the vacuum coating industry, Delcom quickly grew into a global supplier of eddy current-based sheet resistance instrumentation. Today, Delcom is a global company with thousands of sensors installed in tens of countries around the world.
